We’re looking for an experienced Decorator to work on empty (void) residential properties, bringing them back to a clean, well-finished, lettable standard. This is hands-on work suited to someone practical, reliable, and used to working to turnaround deadlines.
The Role
- Preparing and redecorating empty residential properties
- Minor wall and surface repairs (filling, patching, sanding, making good)
- Full redecoration of walls, ceilings, and woodwork

- Proven experience as a decorator (voids / rental properties ideal)
- Confident with minor repairs and surface preparation
- High standard of finish with a practical, “fit for let” mindset
