  • Create robust business cases and internal presentations to secure alignment, prioritisation, and investment in proposition development.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to test, iterate, and confirm product-market fit for new or enhanced propositions.
  • Conduct analysis and collaborate with relevant teams to shape the go-to-market strategy for each proposition.
  • Track and evaluate performance using both qualitative and quantitative data, leveraging insights to refine and evolve propositions over time.
  • Work collaboratively within the Propositions team, contributing to a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Solid experience in product strategy, consulting, or commercial planning.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to turn insights into recommendations and actions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and commercial teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder alignment and business case development.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and with longer-term projects.
  • Experience with client-facing or market-led propositions (preferred).
