As a Value Propositions Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our proposition strategy. You’ll own strategic initiatives from insight to delivery, collaborating with teams across Product Management, Engineering, Commercial, Partnerships, and Operations.
Monitor market trends, client and customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and inform proposition design and positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the needs and pain points of target customer and client segments, as well as internal stakeholder groups.
Convert stakeholder insights into clear proposition objectives, value drivers, and success criteria, aligned with business and product strategy. Develop targeted propositions that meet the needs of specific segments, delivering value across all key stakeholder groups.
Create robust business cases and internal presentations to secure alignment, prioritisation, and investment in proposition development. Work with cross-functional teams to test, iterate, and confirm product-market fit for new or enhanced propositions.
Conduct analysis and collaborate with relevant teams to shape the go-to-market strategy for each proposition. Track and evaluate performance using both qualitative and quantitative data, leveraging insights to refine and evolve propositions over time.
Work collaboratively within the Propositions team, contributing to a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in product strategy, consulting, or commercial planning.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to turn insights into recommendations and actions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and commercial teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder alignment and business case development.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and with longer-term projects.
- Experience with client-facing or market-led propositions (preferred).
