Purpose of the job
As Senior Product Manager – Deals & Tiering, you will own the strategy, evolution, and delivery of Collinson's commercial deals and tiering capabilities.
You will define how commercial deals are structured, configured, and managed, ensuring they are scalable, flexible, and capable of supporting both today's client requirements and future product innovation.
This role sits at the heart of our commercial platform, balancing long‑term strategic thinking with day‑to‑day product leadership.
You will work closely with Commercial, Client Management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Product teams to evolve the platform while ensuring successful delivery of new capabilities.
You will own the product vision for deal configuration, customer tiering, entitlement structures, and benefit management, enabling clients to create differentiated customer experiences while simplifying operational complexity.
Success requires strong commercial awareness, exceptional stakeholder management, structured problem solving, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a clear, innovative product roadmap, securing buy‑in from internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the end‑to‑end definition, development, and delivery of digital experiences that enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee product launches, collaborating with leadership, engineering, and cross‑functional teams.
- Translate business needs into high‑quality product requirements and secure alignment across teams.
- Utilize data‑driven insights to define new features, optimise existing products, and drive business outcomes.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and delivery to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish mechanisms for cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
- Continuously analyse market trends, competitor insights, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
