We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Applications to join our Global Business Systems team. This is a senior, influential role with responsibility for the performance, development, and future direction of our core business applications landscape. You will lead a talented global team supporting key systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Workday (being implemented from early 2026), and Modern Workplace applications, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and continually improving. The role plays a key part in completing the remaining phases of our Dynamics 365 programme and transitioning to a sustainable, in-house support model.
This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across finance, HR, IT, and the wider business, shaping how technology enables people to do their best work.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop our Global Business Applications team, supporting users across multiple international locations
- Oversee the stability, integrity, and performance of core finance and HR systems, including Dynamics 365, Workday (future), and associated applications
- Partner with external vendors while building internal capability and reducing reliance on third-party support
- Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes such as Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash, including exploring the use of AI and automation
- Ensure strong governance, controls, and compliance, including support for internal and external audits
- Act as a trusted, approachable point of contact for senior stakeholders, particularly within Group Finance
- Contribute to the Global Business Systems roadmap and support delivery of strategic projects
You are likely to have:
- A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong experience working with finance and HR applications (e.g. Dynamics 365, Workday, or similar)
- Experience leading and developing teams across different locations
- A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to support, guide, and empower others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and thoughtful approach
- Confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in complex, high-volume, or fast-paced environments
- A strong understanding of controls, governance, and system integrity
