Key Responsibilities

  • Manage dependencies, sequencing and trade-offs across multiple digital products and communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Discovery, Definition and Delivery
  • Lead discovery with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data, Security and operational teams to define the problem, target outcome and viable solution approach.

  • Experience managing cross-team dependencies, legacy migrations, backward compatibility and phased releases.
  • Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills, supported by data, value, risk and technical insight.

Desirable experience and ways of working

  • Experience supporting high-volume consumer App and Web products in a complex, multi-brand or international environment.
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements including security, privacy, performance, reliability, observability and scalability.
