Purpose of the job

As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of a key capability area. You will own the roadmap, drive alignment with business goals, and lead cross‑functional teams to build scalable, high‑impact solutions, ensuring innovation, alignment with market needs, and seamless execution. This is a high‑autonomy role for someone experienced in managing complex products and stakeholders, with a track record of delivering value in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a clear, innovative product roadmap, securing buy‑in from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end definition, development, and delivery of digital experiences that enhance customer engagement.
  • Oversee product launches, collaborating with leadership, engineering, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Translate business needs into high‑quality product requirements and secure alignment across teams.
  • Utilize data‑driven insights to define new features, optimize existing products, and drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and delivery to ensure seamless execution.
  • Establish mechanisms for cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
  • Continuously analyse market trends, competitor insights, and performance metrics to inform strategy.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • A substantial, proven track record of building and scaling successful customer‑facing mobile apps within a B2B2C or B2C setting.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful digital products.
  • Experience in product management within a tech‑first, customer‑centric environment.
  • Strong expertise in agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Ability to own and drive product roadmaps while aligning with business priorities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data analysis, market research, and business case development.
  • Skilled in mentoring and leading product teams to deliver high‑impact results.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and prioritisation abilities.
