We're looking for a commercially driven Business Solutions Senior Manager to help accelerate growth across the EMEA region. In this strategic, client-facing role, you'll partner with commercial teams, product experts and senior stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that solve complex client challenges, strengthen relationships and drive measurable business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • As a Business Solutions Senior Manager, you'll play a key role in helping our sales and account management teams win new business and grow existing client partnerships by:
  • Developing scalable commercial frameworks, tools and best practices that improve solution quality and increase win rates.
  • Partnering with business development and account management teams to create insight-led value propositions and compelling commercial narratives.
  • Identifying, evaluating and prioritising growth opportunities across markets, sectors and key clients.
  • Working closely with Product, Data and Technology teams to develop market-ready propositions and differentiated client solutions.
  • Supporting strategic sales opportunities by shaping solution responses, proposals, business cases and presentations for high-value or complex opportunities.
  • Facilitating client workshops, Customer Value Proposition (CVP) sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to deepen relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Creating thought leadership and market insights that strengthen our position in the Financial Services and Travel sectors.

What we're looking for

  • You'll bring a blend of commercial expertise, strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving, together with:
  • 10+ years' experience in commercial strategy, business solutions, consulting, loyalty, CRM, customer engagement or digital marketing.
  • Experience developing customer engagement or loyalty strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of how to translate customer needs and market insight into compelling value propositions and scalable solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including business case development, pricing, forecasting or financial analysis.
  • Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and engage directly with clients.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience within the Financial Services or Travel industries is highly desirable.
