We work with the world’s leading payment networks, over 1,400 banks, 90 airlines and 20 hotel groups worldwide. Today we still invest heavily in innovation to ensure that we continue to deliver superior customer experiences.

Key clients include Mastercard, American Express, Cathay Pacific, British Airways, LATAM, Flying Blue, Accor, EasyJet, HSBC, Chase, HDFC.

About the role: We're looking for a B2B Marketing Manager, Partnerships to join our Partnerships Marketing team and help shape how we support our global network of airport lounge, travel experience and ancillary travel partners. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships Marketing, you'll translate our global partnerships strategy into clear, insight-led marketing plans — driving partner onboarding, enablement, retention and commercial growth across a diverse international partner base. You'll be the trusted marketing voice for our partner account teams, and the driving force behind campaigns, content, events and initiatives that keep our partners engaged, informed and growing with us.

If you love turning strategy into action, building relationships across a matrixed organisation, and creating marketing that partners genuinely value, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Strategy & planning: Help shape and evolve our global Partnerships Marketing strategy, translating priorities into structured annual, quarterly and rolling plans with clear objectives and success measures. Build trusted relationships with partner account teams as their go-to marketing advisor. Contribute to our partner marketing value proposition and messaging, helping us stand out from competitors.
  • Partner marketing & ABM campaigns: Support our account-based marketing approach for strategic and priority partners. Develop and deliver tailored marketing plans and content for partners and their audiences. Grow and enrich our partner database to enable smarter segmentation and more personalised communications. Work with our B2C Marketing team to spotlight partners and experiences in consumer marketing. Partner with Campaign Management for seamless execution, and contribute to partner QBRs and strategic reviews.
  • Conferences, events & awards: Help shape our strategy for partner conferences, events and award programmes. Plan and deliver a calendar of high-impact events that build credibility and long-term partner loyalty. Manage our flagship partner excellence awards programme. Develop summits, roundtables, webinars and thought leadership sessions, and turn event engagement into commercial and marketing follow-up.
  • Measurement & reporting: Analyse campaign performance to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement. Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insight to partners and internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record delivering sophisticated B2B marketing plans — ideally in travel, hospitality, loyalty or an adjacent sector.
  • Experience translating strategy into actionable marketing plans.
  • A track record of insight-led campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across senior, cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect marketing to business outcomes.
  • Confidence planning and delivering high-impact events.
  • A strong analytical mindset — comfortable defining KPIs and interpreting performance data.
  • Experience segmenting and tailoring approaches for diverse partner needs.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

You'll thrive in this role if you're: strategic yet detail-oriented, collaborative, curious about partner priorities, proactive and resourceful, highly organised, and outcome-focused even when priorities shift.

Our mission is focused on doing good beyond profit, which for us means we seek out opportunities for our people to share in our success and that we give back to the communities and people within which we work. Never short of ambition, the success of our business is delivered through the diverse and talented team of over 2,200 global colleagues.
