The Head of Product, Commerce & Marketplace will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Collinson’s commerce platform and marketplace, enabling seamless transactions across B2B and B2C channels. This role will oversee product catalogue, pricing, commerce, bookings, order management, and checkout, while also expanding our marketplace to integrate third‑party travel‑related services such as fast‑track security, parking, baggage wrap, and other airport‑adjacent services.

This lead role will drive API and partner integrations, ensuring a seamless buying experience for customers and businesses. With a focus on capability delivery, they will manage a team of Product Managers and collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, UX, and business teams to build scalable, high‑performance commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for commerce, pricing, marketplace, bookings, and order management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop a scalable platform to support subscriptions and one‑time purchases across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Enable dynamic pricing, bundling, and discounting capabilities, working closely with commercial teams to ensure alignment with broader pricing strategies.
  • Expand the marketplace ecosystem by integrating travel‑adjacent services through API and partner integrations.
  • Own order management and checkout, ensuring seamless transactions, fraud prevention, and optimized processes.
