We’re looking for a Client Services Account Executive to support our Product Operations team by providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to Account Managers across B2B client accounts in the CEMEA and EU regions.

What you’ll do:

  • Support Account Managers with daily client operations
  • Assist with billing, reporting, onboarding, and account maintenance
  • Investigate and resolve client queries, disputes, and complaints
  • Maintain accurate account data and documentation
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Tech, and Marketing teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a client-facing, account support, or admin role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator with good stakeholder skills
