We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive strategic new business growth across the UK. This is a high-profile role focused on winning new clients and building long-term, profitable partnerships within Financial Services, Travel, and Telecommunications.
You’ll own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and pipeline development through to negotiation and contract signature—while working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that are commercially sound and operationally scalable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, develop, and close high-value new business opportunities in the UK
- Build and execute sector-focused go-to-market plans
- Manage complex sales cycles, including RFPs and executive-level pitches
- Develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Forecast opportunities accurately and manage pipeline via Salesforce
- Collaborate with product, finance, operations, and legal teams
- Represent the business at industry events and networking forums
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience selling solutions into large Financial Services organisations
- Proven success exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
- Strong consultative selling and C-suite negotiation skills
- Established UK Financial Services network
- Commercially astute, confident presenter and storyteller
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
- Experience in loyalty, consumer benefits, travel, or payments is a plus
