Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for crafting impactful propositions? Do you have experience in leading product development initiatives from concept to execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real value? If so, we want you to join our team as a Senior Value Proposition Manager.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering compelling product propositions for lounge & travel service partners, banks, payment networks, and their customers. Working closely with the Head of Value Proposition, you’ll take ownership of smaller initiatives and lead key aspects of larger, more complex propositions. Your work will balance the needs of the business, clients, customers, and partners—turning strategy into actionable, high-impact propositions.
Key Responsibilities- Shape & Deliver Propositions: Develop product propositions for financial services clients that meet business goals while addressing the needs of lounge & travel service partners, banks, payment networks, and their customers.
- Lead End-to-End Proposition Development: From concept through to evaluation, manage key initiatives, including defining objectives, target audience, commercial models, value propositions for stakeholders, product-market fit, and GTM strategy.
- Drive Outcomes: Take ownership of proposition outcomes, balancing strategic goals with execution excellence, and iterate based on results and feedback.
- Performance Tracking: Define and manage proposition KPIs, using data to prioritize, iterate, and measure success.
- Evaluate Proposition Impact: Monitor the performance of launches, track commercial impact, customer engagement, and operational delivery, driving continuous improvement and future development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Commercial, Partnerships, Legal, Compliance, and Product Management teams to ensure propositions are effectively delivered and improved over time.
- Strategic Business Cases: Prepare compelling business cases and strategic narratives to guide investment decisions and GTM planning.
- Market Insight & Advocacy: Be a customer and market advocate, ensuring propositions are innovative, relevant, and competitive in the market.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our propositions function by championing best practices and thought leadership in proposition design and delivery.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviours to inform proposition development and positioning.
- Influence & Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional alignment to drive the proposition vision across the organization.
- Solid experience in strategic product, proposition, consulting, or commercial planning roles (preferably within fintech, travel, or financial services).
- Proven track record of developing and delivering customer-centric propositions with cross-functional impact.
- Strong experience with business model design, customer journey mapping, or service design.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams.
- Skilled at building business cases, defining KPIs, and using data to drive decision-making.
- Adept at managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
- Experience mentoring or managing teams is a plus.
