Purpose of the job
Support with creating impactful marketing materials which showcase the full Collinson suite of products and services. These materials will arm the Collinson commercial team with the best visual aids, globally. Your innovative collateral will support with maintaining existing client relationships and gaining new clients. You will action briefs and create presentations for the marketing, commercial and management teams turning their complex, technical information into effective presentations (interactive multimedia PowerPoint presentations with charts, graphs, timelines, diagrams, photography etc and infographics).
Key Responsibilities
- Design impactful presentations with compelling content and visuals
- Simplify complex content and produce high-quality effective materials
- Interpret written and verbal briefs to support the creation of materials
- Ensure all artwork produced meets objectives and complies with brand guidelines
- Manage relevant software to manage workflow and elevate when deadline is unachievable
- Contribute to making recommendations for change and improved efficiency as appropriate
- Be a guardian of the brand; maintain the use of company names, logos, visual identities and other key brand assets
- Build strong and trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Support the administration of the design inbox traffic management.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Degree-level qualification ideally in design related subjects or the equivalent by experience
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Cross-platform PC and MAC experience
- Excellent knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Excellent knowledge of Office software in particular PowerPoint and Word
- Demonstrated graphic and interface design and layout principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to understand creative direction and work on multiple revisions under tight deadlines
- Using plugins with PPT to enable a smoother end-user experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills to support design and production recommendations
- Collaborative team-based approach, with a ‘can do’ attitude and open to constructive feedback
