Collinson Group is seeking an O2C Process Analyst on a 6–9 month fixed-term contract to document end-to-end order-to-cash processes and translate them into practical training materials for frontline users.
You will partner with Finance SMEs and operational teams to capture as-is and to-be processes, build a centralised process register, and deliver engaging training that enables colleagues to adopt new ways of working with confidence.
