Purpose of the job
The Transformation Solutions Manager plays a key role within the Transformation team, supporting the alignment of transformation projects to strategic business objectives. Reporting into the VP of Transformation Solutions, the role will work closely with business stakeholders across Product, Tech, Commercial Partnerships and Operations to shape initiatives to deliver on the intended outcomes of the transformation roadmap. This role is ideal for a systems thinker with strategic programme or project delivery experience in complex, cross-functional environments who enjoys connecting the dots between business goals, project scope, and transformation execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Strategic Enablement
- Support the VP of Transformation Solutions to identify and shape enterprise initiatives aligned to Collinson's 5-year strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to understand the business problems and define project/ programme objectives.
- Lead discovery sessions to assess feasibility, scope, dependencies, and business readiness.
- Review current processes vs future state requirements into deliverable solution blueprints, aligned with functional capabilities and BAU maturity.
- Develop project scopes to ensure they are outcome-focused and strategically relevant.
- Provide input during business case development and stage gate reviews to ensure value alignment and readiness.
- Cross-functional Engagement
- Act as the glue between business functions to ensure alignment, sequencing, and coordination across cross functional delivery workstreams.
- Engage with functional leads to validate cross-functional impacts and ensure cross functional dependencies are understood and addressed in solution design.
- Delivery Acceleration
- Develop and embed scalable playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and handover models to enable repeatable delivery across projects.
- Identify downstream impacts of new propositions, operating models, or integrations, and drive business readiness in advance of go-lives.
- Partner with the delivery team and the Transformation Management Office to adopt the Transformation framework in the project lifecycle and identify synergies across the Transformation programme.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- 7+ years of experience in transformation delivery, solution design, business analysis, programme/project management.
- Systems thinker with an ability to identify interdependencies and downstream impacts for a process and value chain re-design.
- Experience in cross-functional project environments, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into delivery pathways.
- Exposure to operating model design, business process mapping, and capability planning.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work across technical and business teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in prioritizing across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in consulting, PMO, or transformation programme delivery.
- Familiarity with portfolio management or transformation frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Project or programme management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus.
