Are you ready to craft beautiful, mobile-first experiences that inspire travelers around the world? At Collinson, we're reimagining how people connect with travel and loyalty benefits — and we're looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI) to bring exceptional craft, motion, and clarity to every interaction. You'll shape the look, feel, and personality of our mobile and web products, leading design that's as intuitive as it is delightful. You'll champion accessibility, motion, and detail — evolving our design system to ensure every interface feels effortless, inclusive, and unmistakably ours.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design of elegant, mobile-first interfaces across iOS, Android, and responsive web.
- Define animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that make every movement feel natural and meaningful.
- Create high-fidelity visuals and prototypes that elevate our design standards.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to support consistency, scalability, and delight.
- Embed accessibility (WCAG) best practices to ensure our designs include everyone, everywhere.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas from concept to production.
- Present your work with clarity and confidence, inspiring both design peers and non-design stakeholders.
- Mentor other designers in visual craft, motion, and system thinking — helping to grow design excellence across the team.
Who you are:
- A visual designer with an exceptional eye for detail — from typography and spacing to motion and hierarchy.
- Confident designing for mobile-first experiences and fluent in iOS and Android design principles.
- Passionate about creating accessible and inclusive products that work beautifully for everyone.
- Skilled in Figma, motion design tools (like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie), and modern design system workflows.
- An effective communicator who can champion design decisions and influence across disciplines.
- Curious, collaborative, and driven to refine every pixel until it performs as beautifully as it looks.
Your experience:
- 5+ years in Product, UI, or Visual Design, with a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in mobile-first interfaces and motion.
- Proven experience delivering polished, production-ready UIs in consumer-focused digital products.
- Comfort working with design systems across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira, or Aha! is a plus — but your creativity and collaboration matter most.
