Purpose of the job

The Partnerships Manager, Strategic Accounts will support the Associate Director, Strategic Accounts in delivering successful partnership initiatives within the travel experiences ecosystem. This role focuses on account management of Priority Pass’ largest global account, including specific focus on project co‑ordination, ensuring smooth execution of partnership activities in collaboration with regional and cross‑functional teams, as well as nurturing relationships with key external partner stakeholders. A critical element of the role will be to foster and enhance collaboration between the Strategic Accounts team and each respective regional team (Americas, Asia Pacific, EMEA), to support the overall delivery of our partnerships strategy. It requires excellent relationship‑building skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple teams and regions, and strong commercial awareness to help deliver value for both Collinson and our partners.

Other areas of the business that will require your input and support include: working closely with the Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Product, Operations, Delivery and Marketing teams, you will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of the Collinson’s businesses and competitive market place, helping to orchestrate collaboration between the teams and identifying new opportunities to deliver successful, best in class partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Support & Relationship Management: Assist in managing day‑to‑day relationships with defined strategic partner(s), ensuring activities align with partnership objectives and timelines.
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of initiatives across markets and functions, ensuring smooth execution and follow‑up.
  • Commercial Support: Assist with contract preparation, negotiation support, and commercial analysis to help secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track partnership performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and highlight key achievements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Content & Marketing Support: Coordinate with Marketing and other teams to ensure partner content is accurate and up‑to‑date and support promotional activity.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional and in‑market teams to implement partnership plans effectively.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Significant partnerships experience preferably in the travel space or related.
  • Excellent relationship builder within an international environment.
  • Strong networker and communicator and able to work across departments.
  • Essential highly numerate with sound analytical skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills.
  • Skilled in producing new ideas, approaches and insights.
  • Inherent desire to keep up to date with competitor information and market trends.
  • Experience in the airport economy sector is advantageous but not essential.
