The role: We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded EMEA Client & Partner Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we engage with some of our most important clients and partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working closely with Account Management, Partnerships, Sales, Business Solutions and Product Marketing, you’ll develop and deliver marketing programmes that build stronger relationships, increase advocacy, support retention and unlock growth.

From Account-Based Marketing and client communications to executive engagement, events and corporate hospitality, you’ll create meaningful experiences that put our clients and partners at the heart of what we do. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, while also managing and developing a Senior Marketing Executive, giving you the opportunity to combine strategic thinking, hands-on delivery and people leadership.

What you’ll be doing

  • Help shape and deliver our EMEA client and partner lifecycle marketing strategy, developing programmes that strengthen relationships, increase engagement, drive advocacy and support retention and growth.
  • Lead an integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programme, working with Commercial teams to deliver targeted content, communications, events and executive engagement across priority accounts.
  • Develop segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies for key audiences, using customer insights and commercial priorities to create more relevant and effective engagement.
  • Create compelling client-focused content and communications, including customer stories, newsletters, sales enablement materials and value-led insights.
  • Bring global marketing campaigns, strategic propositions and product launches to life across EMEA, adapting activity to regional audiences and commercial priorities.
  • Act as a strategic marketing partner to Account Management, Partnerships and Sales, ensuring marketing activity is aligned to account priorities, growth opportunities and business objectives.
  • Support the planning and delivery of client and partner engagement programmes, including co-marketing initiatives, industry events and corporate hospitality.
  • Use data, customer insights and marketing analytics to measure performance, optimise activity and identify opportunities to improve retention and account growth.
  • Manage, coach and develop the Senior Marketing Executive, while championing brand excellence and ensuring every client-facing touchpoint delivers a high-quality experience.

What you’ll bring

  • You’ll be an experienced B2B marketer who understands that great marketing is about more than generating leads — it’s about building relationships, creating value and helping the business grow.
  • You’ll ideally have 6–8 years’ B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in client, lifecycle, account-based, customer engagement or retention marketing.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing programmes across content, email, digital, social, webinars, events and client engagement.
  • Excellent communication and content skills, with the ability to create compelling materials for different audiences and stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • The ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging and commercially relevant communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working with Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A commercial and customer-focused mindset, with the confidence to think strategically, challenge constructively and connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Experience using customer insights, CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud or similar.
  • Experience managing or mentoring people, with a collaborative leadership style and a genuine commitment to developing others.
  • A proactive, positive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to build relationships and influence at all levels.

Why this role?

This is a chance to have a genuine impact on how we build and grow relationships with clients and partners across EMEA. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business, influence senior stakeholders and shape programmes that connect marketing directly to commercial outcomes. You’ll also have the freedom to bring new ideas to the table, experiment with different approaches and use data and customer insight to continually improve what we do.

If you’re a strategic B2B marketer who loves combining customer insight, creativity and commercial thinking, this could be the opportunity for you.
