We are now looking for a Head of Analytics Enablement, a strategic leader who's as passionate about people as they are about data. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, builds confidence in others, and believes that data can empower every decision we make.
The Opportunity
As part of our VP Analytics team, you will have a defining voice in shaping how analytics drives decision-making across the business. You will inspire teams globally to embrace data, ensuring it becomes an accessible and trusted part of every function, from product innovation to client delivery.
Your responsibilities:
- Champion the adoption of Collinson's global data products and analytics solutions across all regions.
- Lead, mentor, and support diverse regional analytics teams to deliver quality, responsive, and high-impact insights.
- Design and deliver engaging workshops and learning programs to strengthen data confidence and literacy across the company.
- Build trusted partnerships across commercial, product, and operational teams — helping them see the real-world value in our analytics.
- Take ownership of adoption metrics and storytelling with data, demonstrating progress and impact.
- Continuously evolve our analytics operating model so it scales alongside our growth and complexity.
What you bring:
