About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Brand Officer and senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA or Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy and collaborative team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the Chief Brand Officer's day-to-day activities, managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel and meetings, and providing seamless administrative support to senior stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and coordinating complex and ever‑changing diaries for the Chief Brand Officer, ensuring priorities are effectively managed and sufficient preparation time is allocated.
- Preparing and drafting correspondence, emails, meeting agendas and supporting documentation.
- Taking minutes and meeting notes, tracking actions and ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including room bookings, visitor arrangements, refreshments and meeting logistics.
- Organising off‑site meetings, conferences and events, including venue sourcing, budgeting and supplier management.
- Managing multiple electronic diaries across international time zones, including London and Cape Town.
- Arranging extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas and detailed travel itineraries.
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records for timely submission.
- Supporting members of the senior leadership team with diary management, travel bookings, presentations and expenses.
- Coordinating team meetings, communications and wider administrative activities.
- Providing general administrative support as required.

Experience
- Previous experience providing diary and executive support at senior or C‑suite level.

- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and changing demands.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Comfortable using a variety of business systems for expenses, purchase orders and administration.
- Extensive experience arranging complex international travel itineraries.
- Experience organising corporate meetings, events and conferences.
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Team Assistant is preferred.
This role is Hybrid working 3 days per week in the HQ.
