As the Head of Product Propositions - B2C, you will lead the strategy definition and execution for our retail offerings, including Priority Pass, focusing on creating compelling value propositions that resonate with consumers. You will be responsible for developing a long-term, cohesive product roadmap and defining solutions that meet the needs of our customers while aligning with our broader organisational goals.

Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of proposition development—from ideation to market launch and iteration—ensuring that our B2C propositions consistently deliver value to all stakeholder groups and support business growth. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to stay ahead of market trends, consumer needs, and emerging technologies.

You will also manage the B2C propositions team, empowering them to execute the strategy effectively while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our current and potential target audience, working closely with the analytics and research teams, to understand consumer motivations, needs and opportunity size.
  • Develop the product strategy for our B2C propositions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, consumer trends, and market needs.
  • Lead the creation and prioritisation of the product roadmap, balancing long‑term vision with short‑term deliverables that deliver value to customers and drive business success.
  • Drive innovation across the proposition lifecycle, from ideation through to market launch and iteration, by leading cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Ensure B2C propositions meet customer expectations while delivering seamless user experiences that align with brand values and business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of our B2C propositions and their competitiveness in the market.
  • Define, measure and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs, using data to guide decisions and refine product and proposition offerings.
  • Mentor and develop a high‑performing B2C propositions team, ensuring they have the resources, tools, and support needed to effectively execute the product strategy.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including commercial, marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure the success and continued improvement of propositions.

  • Proven track record of leading B2C proposition strategies, preferably in industries such as retail, travel or other global direct‑to‑consumer products.
  • Strong experience of consumer needs, pain points, and preferences, with the ability to design propositions that meet and exceed these expectations.
