About this role…
- Perform daily accounting and payment operations, including maintaining full set of accounts, accurate accounting data entry and invoice checking in collaboration closely with Shared Service Centre.
- Oversee all matters related to intercompany and ensure timely, accurate bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and monitor cashflow forecast.
- Assist in month-end closing including preparing management reports.
- Support annual audit activities by preparing documentation and consolidating required financial data.
- Assist the team on other duties as assigned from time to time.

- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years solid full-set accounting work experience preferably in MNC, Big 4 training a definite plus.
- Analytical and highly number sensitive, with great attention to details and accuracy.
- Excellent computer application skills, practical knowledge of advanced MS Excel, and hands-on experience with financial systems and accounting software.
- Experience in MSD and Zoho is an advantage.
- A good team player, excellent interpersonal skill and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
