We are looking for Community Care Assistants to join our bank team, providing evening support to people in their own homes.
Calls take place between approximately 4:00pm and 8:30pm, making this role suitable for people looking for flexible work around other commitments.
Duties may include supporting with personal care, meals and drinks, medication support in line with care plans, mobility, companionship, maintaining dignity and independence, completing accurate care records and reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
You will work across community-based care calls and will be expected to follow individual care plans, risk assessments, safeguarding procedures and company policies.
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training, induction and ongoing support will be provided.
