Key Responsibilities:- Manage enquiries for Central London and West End office properties.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies tailored to the Central London and West End markets.
- Oversee the leasing process from inquiry through to lease execution, focusing on maximising occupancy rates.
- Negotiate favourable lease agreements and renewals, aligned with market trends and West End rental levels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies and identify opportunities.
- Monitor leasing activity and vacancies, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with the founder and existing team to grow the portfolio and drive performance.
- Strong network and contacts across Central London and West End office markets.
- Proven experience as a commercial real estate leasing agent in Central London/West End.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities.
- Previous management experience preferred but not essential.
- £60,000 - £80,000 basic salary plus commission (£150,000 OTE).
