This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a renowned network, focusing on delivering world-class service and bespoke marketing strategies for the upper quartile of the property market.
Key responsibilities of the Super Prime Lettings Agent:
- Managing the entire lettings process, from initial client contact to key handover.
- Creating and implementing bespoke marketing strategies tailored to each client, utilising local, national, and international exposure.
- Providing exceptional service, following the Fine & Country proven strategy of presentation, exposure, and service.
- Building and maintaining relationships with U/HNW clients, delivering a professional and personalised experience.
As Super Prime Lettings Agent, you will receive:
- £50,000 Basic Salary
- Minimum 6 Month Guarantee
- Annual bonus and Car Allowance
- Company benefits
- £100,000 OTE
Requirements:
- Proven experience listing and selling homes in super-prime areas, ideally in NW London.
