Experienced PA needed for a highly successful and rapidly growing Property Investment and Finance company in NW London. This fast-paced and rewarding role involves supporting the Director across various aspects of the businesses. They are looking for a driven individual with prior PA experience, ideally with a background in property (property experience is not essential).

Based at their head office, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including finance, operations, property management, diary management, planning applications, and email management.

The PA will be required to:

  • Oversee diary management and office administration.
  • Manage email correspondence effectively.
  • Liaise with property management teams to produce reports and updates, including service charge analysis.
  • Manage ongoing development projects, working with surveyors and valuers for inspections and reporting.
  • Draft and submit planning applications while ensuring deadlines are met.
