We are delighted to be working with a prestigious, international property consultancy to find them an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Fulham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Londons most respected lettings teams, operating at the top end of the market in one of the capitals most sought-after neighbourhoods.

The role: You must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in residential lettings. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and work effectively within a team to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
  • Accompanying applicants on viewings and generating a targeted number per week
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from applicants and landlords
  • Negotiating lettings and following up enquiries through to agreement
  • Managing tenancy progression and ensuring a smooth process for all parties
  • Pitching company services strongly and ethically to generate new and repeat business
  • Developing relationships with clients through meetings to secure future instructions
