Collins Property Recruitment is working on an exceptional senior appointment for an ambitious, fast-growing hospitality operator with significant expansion plans across the UK and Europe. We are looking for a highly credible, exceptionally well-connected real estate professional who can build senior relationships, originate opportunities and secure the buildings that will drive the next phase of the company’s growth. This is not a conventional sales or acquisitions role.
You’ll be working at senior level across the UK and European property markets, developing relationships with landlords, investors, developers, funds, asset managers and leading commercial property advisers. We’re only interested in people with backgrounds across commercial property, investment, development, hotel leasing, capital markets or asset management.
Your network, reputation, commercial intelligence and ability to originate opportunities are more important than a specific job title.
You’ll work directly with the founder and senior leadership team, with genuine influence over the UK and European expansion strategy. The earning potential is substantial, with a significant and potentially uncapped commission structure rewarding the value you create.
