We are working with one of North London’s busiest and most successful independent estate agencies to recruit a high-performing Sales Negotiator ready to earn serious money. This is not your average negotiator role. You’ll be joining a high-volume office with strong stock levels and a track record of producing six-figure earners. If you’re hungry, competitive, and motivated by money, this is the environment where you can maximise your potential.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of buyer enquiries and converting them into deals
- Conducting back-to-back viewings and negotiating offers daily
- Building a strong pipeline and consistently progressing deals
- Winning business and supporting valuations where possible
- Managing deals from offer through to completion at pace
- Working in a fast, competitive, target-driven environment
