Operating successfully in the local area for over 40 years, this highly respected agency has built an outstanding reputation through delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven negotiator to take the next step in their career within a supportive and high-performing team.
The Role: As a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and playing a key role in driving new business across both sales and lettings. You will be confident in dealing with clients at all levels and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Registering and qualifying applicants, matching them to suitable properties.
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback.
- Negotiating offers for both sales and lettings to achieve the best outcomes.
- Generating new business opportunities, including valuations and instructions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers, and tenants.
- Progressing deals through to completion/tenancy.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring systems are up to date.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in estate agency within a sales and/or lettings negotiator role.
- Strong track record of achieving targets and generating new business.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential).
