How to prepare for a job interview at Collins Property Recruitment

Know Your Stuff

Before the interview, make sure you brush up on your recruitment knowledge, especially in property recruitment. Familiarise yourself with current trends and challenges in the industry. This will show that you're not just a recruiter but someone who understands the market.

Showcase Your Autonomy

Since this role promises autonomy, be prepared to discuss how you've successfully managed your own desk in the past. Share specific examples of strategies you've implemented and how you've built relationships with clients. This will demonstrate that you can thrive in an independent environment.

Be Relationship-Driven

Collins Property Recruitment values relationship-building. During the interview, highlight your experience in nurturing client relationships and how you've maintained them over time. Use anecdotes to illustrate your approach and success in this area.

Ask Insightful Questions

Prepare thoughtful questions about the company culture and support systems they offer. Inquire about their mentorship programme and how they help recruiters grow. This shows your genuine interest in becoming a partner rather than just filling a position.
