We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Overview:
- Location: Radlett (office-based)
- Contract: 12-month maternity cover
- Start date: 1 March 2026
- Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
- Salary: £ per annum
Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Administrator include:
- Managing inboxes and day-to-day administration.
- Updating Bullhorn CRM (companies, candidates, contacts, placements).
- Posting vacancies across job boards, website, and LinkedIn.
- Managing candidate registration: forms and documentation.
- Coordinating interviews and meetings (calls, Zoom/Teams, face-to-face).
- Sending confirmations, Terms of Business (via DocuSign), and references.
- Writing and updating job adverts.
- Supporting recruiters, recruitment partners, and the Head of Marketing.
- General reception and office duties.
- Qualifying candidates and distributing applications to recruiters.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous recruitment administration experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence using CRM systems.
- A professional, detail-focused approach.
