Property Manager

We're working with an established and highly respected independent estate agency based in Hampstead . Known for delivering an exceptional, high-touch service to a discerning client base, they're looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a high-quality residential portfolio, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant relationships, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Carry out regular property inspections.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords and contractors.
  • Resolve tenancy issues and ensure tenancy agreements are adhered to.
  • Collect rents and monitor arrears.
  • Manage property budgets, income and expenditure.
  • Prepare financial reports where required.
  • Ensure full compliance with current property legislation and regulations.
  • Oversee tenancy deposits and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in residential property management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Experience using property management software.
  • A solid understanding of current lettings legislation.
  • ARLA qualification (preferred, but not essential).
