Contract: 12-month maternity cover

Responsibilities:

  • Managing inboxes and day-to-day administration.
  • Updating Bullhorn CRM (companies, candidates, contacts, placements).
  • Posting vacancies across job boards, website, and LinkedIn.
  • Managing candidate registration: forms and documentation.
  • Coordinating interviews and meetings (calls, Zoom/Teams, face-to-face).
  • Sending confirmations, Terms of Business (via DocuSign), and references.
  • Writing and updating job adverts.
  • Supporting recruiters, recruitment partners, and the Head of Marketing.
  • General reception and office duties.
  • Qualifying candidates and distributing applications to recruiters.

Qualifications:

  • Previous recruitment administration experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confidence using CRM systems.
  • A professional, detail-focused approach.
