We are delighted to be working with an incredibly well-established and highly regarded global real estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their St. Johns Wood team.

The role:

  • Day-to-day management of tenants
  • Generate viewings and obtaining lets on properties
  • You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
  • Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
  • Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback

What you get:

  • £28,000 Basic Salary
  • Commission
  • Car Allowance
  • £80,000 OTE

About you:

  • Experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients
  • Proven track record in closing deals
  • It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area
  • An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition
