We are delighted to be working with an incredibly well-established and highly regarded global real estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their St. Johns Wood team.
The role:
- Day-to-day management of tenants
- Generate viewings and obtaining lets on properties
- You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback
What you get:
- £28,000 Basic Salary
- Commission
- Car Allowance
- £80,000 OTE
About you:
- Experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator
- Excellent customer service skills
- You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients
- Proven track record in closing deals
