The role:

The Maintenance Operative is an integral member of the team, responsible for completing all allocated maintenance tasks on-site and delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor the selected maintenance reporting system ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard, recording the progress and completion of works.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, ensuring completion in line with business Service Level Agreement, for Emergency, Urgent and Routine jobs.
  • Work within the financial budgets for repairs & maintenance and void works.
  • Undertake repair and maintenance tasks to a high quality including plumbing; joinery and carpentry; painting/decorating; maintenance of lighting as per agreed scope.
