We are delighted to be working with one of the worlds leading independent real estate consultancies to find them an exceptional Sales Agent to join their highly successful team in Oxford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class business operating across Oxford's most sought-after residential markets, from elegant period homes and prime city residences to contemporary developments and desirable village locations across the wider Oxfordshire area.
You will be a driven, relationship-focused individual with a natural ability to build trust and influence.
Whilst previous property experience is advantageous, it is not essential.
We are equally interested in outstanding communicators with exceptional interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
Youll be responsible for: Conducting market appraisals, viewings and negotiations through to successful completion Securing property instructions within company guidelines to achieve business targets Developing and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers and professional introducers Identifying opportunities to grow market share and generate new business Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Building lasting client relationships whilst upholding the highest professional standards Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities As Sales Agent, you will receive the following: £30,000 Basic Salary Car Allowance £70,000 OTE Career progression within a globally renowned real estate business To apply please call Edward on or apply online.
