As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the lettings department, driving business growth, managing and mentoring the team, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered to landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing the lettings team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Attending market appraisals and conducting lettings valuations
  • Winning new instructions and generating new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
  • Driving lettings performance and increasing market share across the local area
  • Negotiating tenancy terms and offers
  • Ensuring compliance with all current lettings legislation and procedures

About you

  • Previous experience working as a Lettings Manager within estate agency
  • Proven track record of valuing properties and winning instructions
  • Strong knowledge of the lettings market and current legislation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
  • Professional and personable approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving license essential
