The role: An opportunity to work for a leading property company on a new Build-to-Rent development in North London. The Lettings Administrator will be responsible for supporting the lettings team, tenancy progression and providing excellent customer service to residents. Responsibilities include: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leasing team to ensure smooth move in and customer Journey while maintaining compliance. Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, viewings, and resident information. Coordinate and track the leasing process from referencing through to move-in. Prepare tenancy documentation, contracts, and resident communications. Support the completion of referencing, right-to-rent checks, and compliance documentation. Support with ensuring all compliance documents are in CRM prior to lease being sent out. Assist with renewals/ allocating notices and coordinating Rental reviews and sending documentation.
