The Property Manager will be based on a high-end residential development in Leeds. The RSA is responsible for being the first point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service at all times. The RSA will also be responsible for carrying out front of house duties, property management, leasing administration and organising maintenance works.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every person, creating an unmatched first impression
  • Manage resident enquiries and complaints, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Log communication with residents
  • Conduct routine inspections of community amenities and common areas
  • Support the leasing team with administration
  • Organise maintenance works, liaise with contractors and ensure works are progressing smoothly
  • Follow health & safety procedures
  • Day to day front of house type services such as handling parcels

The person:

  • Prior experience within Property Management, Lettings Administration or a similar role within Build-to-Rent or Student Accommodation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
