Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting for an award-winning block management company seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Property Manager to support their Property Managers in the effective management of a residential block portfolio. The role also includes providing general administrative support to the wider business and, over time, managing a small portfolio of blocks or overseeing financial support service clients. The Role
- Supporting Block Managers with the day-to-day management of residential blocks, including responding to leaseholder enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- Administering buildings insurance claims and coordinating with insurers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Assisting with site inspections, completing follow-up actions, and supporting compliance activities (Health & Safety, Fire Risk, Asbestos).
- Obtaining and presenting contractor quotations, issuing work orders, and assisting with contract management and re-tenders.
- Providing general administrative support, including reporting, correspondence, system updates and project/task management.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
