Youll be responsible for coaching team members, enhancing their knowledge, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance are consistently achieved. As a Conveyancing Trainer, your key role will be: Deliver interactive training sessions and one-to-one coaching across all aspects of conveyancing and sales progression. Manage the Team and the sales progression process. Identify training needs within teams and design bespoke learning and development plans. Support both new starters and experienced staff through continuous coaching and mentoring. Provide expert advice on conveyancing processes, property law fundamentals, and compliance requirements. Evaluate training outcomes and make data-driven improvements to ensure consistent team success. Promote a positive and proactive learning environment across the business.
