You must be an experienced and proven Maida Vale agent with a strong track record of winning new instructions and valuing property accurately and confidently. It is essential that you can demonstrate the credibility to build trusted landlord relationships, win business through your own network, and negotiate lettings through to successful completion.
- Valuing properties accurately and winning new instructions across Maida Vale and the surrounding area
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, generating repeat business and referrals
- Negotiating and progressing lettings from offer through to tenancy agreement
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and proactive prospecting
- Demonstrating in depth knowledge of the Maida Vale market and maintaining awareness of local competitors
