Collins Property Recruitment are delighted to offer a rare opportunity as a Client Services Associate for a well-established independent Estate Agency brand in Chester. This rare opportunity would suit an individual who has previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or someone from a sales background.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Liaising with buyers and sellers.
- Negotiating offers and deals.
- Attending viewings and client meetings.
- Optimising opportunities with financial services, solicitors, and other products.
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
You will be rewarded as a Client Services Associate with the following:
- Basic salary of up to £23,850.
- Competitive commission structure.
Required Skills for the Client Services Associate position:
- A high level of IT skills.
- An excellent communicator.
- A keen interest in property.
- Previous experience working in property is not a must but would be beneficial.
- Must hold a full driving licence.
