Collins Property Recruitment are delighted to offer a rare opportunity as a Client Services Associate for a well-established independent Estate Agency brand in Chester. This rare opportunity would suit an individual who has previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or someone from a sales background.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Liaising with buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiating offers and deals.
  • Attending viewings and client meetings.
  • Optimising opportunities with financial services, solicitors, and other products.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service.

You will be rewarded as a Client Services Associate with the following:

  • Basic salary of up to £23,850.
  • Competitive commission structure.

Required Skills for the Client Services Associate position:

  • A high level of IT skills.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • A keen interest in property.
  • Previous experience working in property is not a must but would be beneficial.
  • Must hold a full driving licence.
