Key Responsibilities:- Manage enquiries for Central London and West End office properties.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies tailored to the Central London and West End markets.
- Oversee the leasing process from inquiry through to lease execution, focusing on maximising occupancy rates.
- Negotiate favourable lease agreements and renewals, aligned with market trends and West End rental levels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies and identify opportunities.
- Monitor leasing activity and vacancies, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with the founder and existing team to grow the portfolio and drive performance.
