Collins Property Recruitment have been exclusively instructed by a globally recognised advisory business within ultra-prime residential real estate to recruit a Team Assistant to join their Central London team.

Overview:

  • Location: Central London
  • Salary: £40,000 – £44,000 DOE
  • Work hours: Full-time, office-based (Mon–Fri) with flexibility for 1 day WFH as schedule allows

This is a project-focused Team Assistant opportunity supporting senior directors across high-profile development and branded residences consultancy. The successful Team Assistant will be involved in research, project coordination, client presentations and written outputs, gaining exposure to prestigious global projects from early concept through to delivery.

The role suits a commercially aware and highly organised Team Assistant with 2–4 years’ property or development experience, confident managing multiple priorities and engaging with senior stakeholders. This is not purely administrative — the Team Assistant will be embedded within the advisory team, contributing to deliverables and supporting live workstreams.

Key Responsibilities of the Team Assistant:

  • Support advisory projects through research, benchmarking and preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate project timelines, documentation and internal communications.
  • Attend meetings, capture actions and track follow-ups.
  • Assist with client materials and workshop preparation.
  • Provide organisational and diary support to directors.

Experience & Skills:

  • 2–4 years’ experience within property, development or related sector.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Professional communication and high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; design tools beneficial.
