Most recruitment jobs promise autonomy. Few actually deliver it. At Collins Property Recruitment, we've built something different. We're one of the most respected names in UK property recruitment, and we're looking for experienced recruiters who are ready to stop working for someone else and start building something of their own.
The opportunity: As a Recruitment Partner, you'll run your own desk, your own way. No fixed hours. No KPIs. No one breathing down your neck. You set the strategy, own the relationships, and keep 55–65%+ of everything you bill. We give you full access to Bullhorn CRM, job boards, admin, finance, and marketing support. The infrastructure is there when you need it. You focus on recruiting. We've got the rest covered.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience as a 360 recruiter
- Property recruitment background preferred, but not essential
- Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and relationship-driven
- Comfortable running your own desk and pipeline
- Based within 90 minutes of London
What you get:
- 55–65%+ commission, uncapped. The more you bill, the more you keep
- Full back-office support: Bullhorn CRM, job boards, admin, finance & marketing
- Optional hot desk access at our HQ
- Quarterly team meetups, summer and Christmas events
- Direct mentorship from Barry Collins - 20+ years at the top of property recruitment
Why Collins Property Recruitment? We don't hire recruiters. We partner with them. There's a difference and once you experience it, you won't want to go back. If you're ready to take control of your career and your earnings, let's talk.
