We’re partnering with an award-winning property management firm in Mayfair that specialises exclusively in the super-prime, new-build residential market. Their clients are world-leading developers and UHNW individuals who expect nothing less than the best.
Role Overview:
- Industry: Super Prime Residential
- Location: Mayfair, London
- Hours: 4 days in the office, 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
- Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
The company is now looking for an experienced Senior Block Manager / Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a high-value, boutique portfolio in Central London. This isn’t volume block management. It’s high trust, high influence, high standards, and high stakes.
You’ll be the face of the portfolio, working closely with residents, concierge teams, service charge accounts, HR, senior leadership, and specialist consultants to ensure everything runs effortlessly and elegantly.
