A leading design and build specialist in commercial real estate is embarking on an ambitious growth strategy and is launching a new Higher Education division. This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading business and take ownership of a new, high-profile division.

We are seeking a senior executive to lead the creation and growth of a Higher Education-focused business unit. Reporting directly to the company leadership team, the Managing Director will have full P&L responsibility and will be tasked with building the division from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy for the new Higher Education division.
